Campusyatra Educational Services in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Senior Education Counsellor MBBS Admissions to guide students and parents through the MBBS admission process.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of MBBS admissions, NEET counselling, medical college admissions and student counselling, with excellent communication and CRM skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in MBBS admissions and NEET counselling is required.
• Strong knowledge of medical college admissions processes.
• Proven ability to counsel students and parents effectively.

Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents regarding MBBS admission opportunities and procedures.
• Handle enquiries and leads related to MBBS/NEET admissions.
• Explain admission processes, eligibility, college options, fee structures and other relevant details.
• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable medical colleges.
• Follow up with prospective students and parents through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
• Convert qualified leads into confirmed admissions.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure maximum lead-to-admission conversion.
• Handle parent queries and objections professionally.
• Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM/Excel.
• Coordinate with the admissions and operations teams for smooth admission processing.
• Achieve assigned monthly admission and conversion targets.
• Build strong relationships with students, parents and referral partners.
