Job summary

Altudo is seeking a Senior DX Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise digital experience solutions across Sitecore, Optimizely, and composable DXP ecosystems. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise digital experience solutions across Sitecore, Optimizely, and composable DXP ecosystems.
• Work across multiple client environments and technology stacks, adapting quickly to different architectures and implementation approaches.
• Build and maintain headless and composable solutions using modern frontend frameworks, APIs, and cloud-native services.
• Develop production-ready code, integrations, and deployment pipelines with a strong focus on maintainability, performance, and security.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity while maintaining ownership of architecture and code quality.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, designers, and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues, optimize implementations, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical solutioning activities.
• Contribute reusable accelerators, templates, and best practices across teams.

We are looking for a Senior DX Engineer who combines strong engineering fundamentals with modern AI-assisted development practices. This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who can move confidently between Sitecore, Optimizely, and composable digital experience platforms while building scalable, production-grade solutions for enterprise clients.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise digital experience solutions across Sitecore, Optimizely, and composable DXP ecosystems.
• Work across multiple client environments and technology stacks, adapting quickly to different architectures and implementation approaches.
• Build and maintain headless and composable solutions using modern frontend frameworks, APIs, and cloud-native services.
• Develop production-ready code, integrations, and deployment pipelines with a strong focus on maintainability, performance, and security.
• Use AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor to improve engineering productivity while maintaining full ownership of architecture, code quality, and technical decisions.
• Collaborate directly with architects, product owners, designers, and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues, optimize implementations, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical solutioning activities.
• Contribute reusable accelerators, templates, and best practices that improve delivery quality across teams.

Who You are:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience building enterprise digital experience solutions.
• Proven production experience with at least two of the following:
• Sitecore

Strong experience with:

• REST APIs and integration patterns
• Git-based development workflows
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Strong working knowledge of:
• Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work directly with clients and cross-functional teams.
