Job summary

Altudo is seeking an Architect to lead design of enterprise Sitecore and composable solutions across cloud platforms. You will guide architecture, oversee implementations, and ensure secure, scalable delivery while collaborating with clients and internal teams.

You will work with DXPs beyond Sitecore, modern frontend integrations, and AI-assisted development to drive strategic initiatives and internal IP creation. Strong certification and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Sitecore AI XM Cloud and XP/XM projects.
• Certified Sitecore professional with hands-on design experience.
• Ability to create architectural diagrams and technical designs.
• Familiarity with Headless Sitecore, JSS, and SXA.
• Proficient in CI/CD, IaC, and cloud deployments (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Experience with GraphQL/Sitecore APIs and modern frontend (React/Next.js).
• Focus on performance, caching, and scalable architectures.
• Proficient in prompt engineering and AI-assisted development.

Responsibilities

As an Architect, you will provide technical leadership throughout the lifecycle of projects, with a strong focus on Sitecore and composable solutioning. You will guide design, user interface, and technology integration while interfacing with client technology and management teams to ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements. You will design end-to-end digital Sitecore technology solutions, participate in initial client conversations to identify needs, and provide pre-sales support by bridging business goals with high-value technical solutions.

What will you do:

• Lead architecture and solution design for enterprise-scale Sitecore and composable solutions, defining reference architectures, frameworks, and best practices for scalable, resilient implementations.
• Provide hands‑on guidance in implementing composable components, orchestrating microservices, integrating APIs, and deploying solutions on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Ensure quality and industry standards with security first driven development across projects
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), monitoring, observability, and API standards to support scalable, secure cloud deployments.
• Define and enforce API standards, manage API gateway configurations, and leverage event‑driven architectures for asynchronous communication between front‑end and back‑end systems.
• Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to translate functional and non‑functional requirements into technical solutions that are composable, modular, and aligned with business goals.
• Translate functional and non‑functional requirements into technical solutions, drive projects from conceptual architecture to deployment, including POCs, coding, and detailed estimates.
• Provide architectural oversight, mentor teams, conduct code reviews, and ensure high‑quality, secure, and performance optimized deliverables.
• Collaborate with clients, platform partners, vendors, and delivery teams to align solutions with technology roadmaps, business goals, and industry standards.
• Serve as a thought leader—stay current with emerging technologies, drive strategic initiatives, develop internal IP, and train internal teams.

Who you are:

• Strong experience with .NET/C#, Sitecore AI (XM Cloud), Sitecore XP/XM (versions 9 and 10), and end-to-end Sitecore upgrade and migration projects.
• Must be a certified Sitecore professional
• Experience creating Architectural Diagram and technical design
• Familiarity with Sitecore Headless / JSS / SXA
• Strong experience with CI/CD, automated deployments, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and deployment platforms such as Vercel, along with Azure DevOps/Azure Pipelines for build and release automation.
• Leverage AI‑assisted development tools such as Cursor to enhance engineering productivity while maintaining full ownership of architecture, code quality, technical decisions, and overall solution delivery.
• Experience working with GraphQL / Sitecore Graph / Sitecore APIs
• Proficiency in modern front‑end frameworks (React, Nextjs) when integrating with headless Sitecore approaches.
• Performance tuning, caching strategies, and scalability in high‑traffic environments.
• Proficiency in Prompt engineering and using any AI tool for development
• Familiarity with DXP platforms beyond Sitecore, such as Optimizely, Contentful, or Contentstack
