Job summary

Infosys Limited in Bangalore is seeking a Senior Domain Lead with 9+ years of experience in risk management, internal audit, or compliance. The role requires crafting solutions for prospects and leading opportunities across 2nd/3rd line of defense, while collaborating with Sales and Solutions teams.

The position is based in Bangalore with flexible hours around US EST project needs and potential for leadership in building a RAC CoE.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in Risk Management, Internal Audit or Compliance.
• Experience with Big 4s or corporate GRC as a Service is preferred.
• Ability to craft solutions for prospects and identify new client opportunities for 2nd/3rd line of defense.
• Excellent communicator and proactive independent results driver.

Responsibilities

• Create solutions and respond to RFP queries for RAC.
• Define Risk Management or Internal Audit areas for clients (internal/external).
• Support in building a Center of Excellence for RAC (documentation, capability building).
• Work with Sales and Solutions teams to identify opportunities.

• Must have experience working in the Risk Management, Internal Audit or Compliance space for 9+ years.
• Experience working for the Big 4s or with a corporation for CaaS (compliance as a Service) or GRC (TCS, Accenture etc. has this service line)
• Must be capable to create solution for prospects and identify new client opportunities for 2nd line and 3rd line of Defense
• Ideal to have been working as a consultant or on the Sales side for Risk & Compliance
• Excellent communicator
• Proactive and an independent results driver (with be an IC role).

Job responsibilities
