Job summary

Infosys BPM is seeking a senior professional to lead Risk Management and Compliance initiatives for RAC. The role focuses on defining services for 2nd/3rd line defense and shaping the CoE creation, with strong client-facing and solution-design capabilities.

The candidate should bring extensive experience from Big 4 or corporate CaaS/GRC backgrounds, excellent communication, and a proactive, independent work style.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Risk Management, Internal Audit or Compliance space.
• Experience with Big 4s or in CaaS/GRC service lines.
• Ability to create solutions for prospects and identify client opportunities for 2nd/3rd line of defense.
• Ideal to have consultancy or sales exposure in Risk & Compliance.
• Excellent communicator with proactive, independent drive.

Responsibilities

• Create solutions and respond to RFPs for RAC.a0
• Define Risk Management or Internal Audit areas for clients.
• Support in creating a Center of Excellence for RAC (documentation, capability, capacity building).
• Collaborate with Sales/Solutions teams to identify opportunities.

Roles & Responsibilities

Requirements:

• Must have experience working in the Risk Management, Internal Audit or Compliance space for 8+ years.
• Experience working for the Big 4s or with a corporation for CaaS (compliance as a Service) or GRC (TCS, Accenture etc. has this service line)
• Must be capable to create solution for prospects and identify new client opportunities for 2nd line and 3rd line of Defense
• Ideal to have been working as a consultant or on the Sales side for Risk & Compliance
• Excellent communicator
• Proactive and an independent results driver (with be an IC role).

Job responsibilities

• Creating solutions/responding to RFP queries etc. for RAC
• Define Risk Management or Internal Audit related areas for position to internal/external clients.
• Support in creating a CoE for RAC (documentation, capability and capacity building etc.)
• Work with Sales/Solutions team constantly to identify opportunities.
