Job summary

Infosys seeks an experienced Allocation, Demand Forecasting and Replenishment Domain SME with deep knowledge of retail. You will drive the roadmap, capture requirements with business SMEs, and ensure smooth cross-team execution while managing stakeholder communications. Proficiency in Jira/Confluence and Agile is expected.

The role requires strong collaboration across multiple teams to resolve dependencies and deliver on forecast and replenishment initiatives.

Qualifications

• Allocation, Demand Forecasting and Replenishment domain SME.
• Functional knowledge in allocation and demand forecasting.
• Experience with Retail industry.
• Driving the Product Roadmap with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Interfacing with multiple teams to resolve roadblocks and dependencies.
• Managing communications with Tech and Business stakeholders.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence and Agile methodology.

• Driving the Product Roadmap, identifying, capturing, tracking with cross-functional Business SMEs/ stakeholders
• Flawless execution in interfacing with multiple different teams, identifying roadblocks, resolve dependencies.
• Manage Tech/ Business stakeholders’ communication.
• Jira, Confluence, Agile methodology
• At least 10 years of experience in Information Technology
