Job summary

Elfonze Technologies is seeking an experienced Oracle S&OP and Demand Management Functional Consultant to partner with business stakeholders in shaping and governing the demand-to-supply planning process. Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in supply chain planning with Oracle S&OP and Demand Management.
• Deep understanding of demand planning methodologies and forecasting.

• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end S&OP process including demand and supply reviews.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to gather requirements.
• Drive consensus demand planning aligning forecasts and market data.
• Define forecasting hierarchies, calendars, KPIs, and exception workflows.
• Lead fit-gap analysis and functional design workshops.
• Serve as liaison between business users and IT during implementation.
• Develop training, SOPs, and change management materials.
• Analyse forecast accuracy, bias, and KPIs to suggest improvements.
• Support business case development and ROI analysis.
• Provide leadership on IBP and S&OP process design.

Role Overview:We are looking for a seasonedFunctional Consultant specializing in Oracle Sales & Operations Planning(S&OP) and Demand Management to partner with business stakeholders inshaping, streamlining, and governing the demand-to-supply planning process.This role is centered on business process ownership, requirements definition,and driving planning maturity across the organization — translating businessneeds into Oracle-enabled planning solutions rather than deep technicalconfiguration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and facilitate theend-to-end S&OP business process: demand review, supply review,pre-S&OP reconciliation, and executive S&OP meetings
  
• Partner with Sales,Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain leadership to gather businessrequirements and translate them into functional specifications for OracleDemand Management and S&OP
  
• Drive consensus demandplanning by facilitating alignment between statistical forecasts, salesinputs, and market intelligence
  
• Define and refineforecasting hierarchies, planning calendars, KPIs, andexception-management workflows aligned to business objectives
  
• Lead fit-gap analysisand functional design workshops, ensuring the solution reflects industrybest practices and organizational planning maturity goals
  
• Act as the primaryliaison between business users and technical/IT teams duringimplementation, enhancement, and support phases
  
• Develop and delivertraining, SOPs, and change management materials to drive user adoption ofplanning processes and tools
  
• Analyse forecastaccuracy, bias, and planning KPIs (MAPE, forecast attainment, inventoryturns) and recommend process improvements
  
• Support business casedevelopment, ROI analysis, and planning process maturity assessments
  
• Provide thoughtleadership on demand sensing, integrated business planning (IBP), andS&OP process design during client engagements or internaltransformation initiatives
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experiencein supply chain planning, with strong functional expertise in Sales &Operations Planning and Demand Management processes (Oracle Cloud/EBSenvironment)
  
• Deep understanding ofdemand planning methodologies — statistical forecasting, consensusplanning, new product introduction (NPI) forecasting, and lifecycleplanning
  
• Proven experiencedesigning and facilitating S&OP governance processes, includingexecutive-level reviews
  
• Strong business processorientation with the ability to bridge functional requirements and systemcapabilities
  
• Excellent stakeholdermanagement, facilitation, and executive communication skills
  
• Experience conductingworkshops, requirements gathering sessions, and process maturityassessments
  
• Working knowledge ofOracle Fusion Cloud SCM (Demand Management, S&OP) is expected, thoughthe focus is on process ownership rather than technical configuration
  
• Bachelor’s degree insupply chain, Business, or related field; APICS/CPIM, CSCP, or SCORcertification preferred; MBA a plus
