Job summary

Acesoft Labs Bengaluru is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to drive Supply Chain Management and analytics initiatives. You will gather requirements, evaluate processes, and help design and implement SCM solutions with cross-functional teams.

Exposure to graph databases, SQL, and coding basics (Java, Python) is valued, along with SSIS integration. You’ll communicate insights, present findings to stakeholders, and train users, while maintaining thorough documentation and reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in evaluating business processes and implementing SCM solutions.
• Ability to gather and document high quality business requirements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for cross-functional teams.
• Experience with graph data models and SQL queries is a plus.
• Familiarity with SCM planning tools such as O9, OMP, Kinaxis or Oracle Fusion Cloud is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements (functional & non-functional).
• Conduct meetings and present findings to stakeholders and management.
• Develop reports and provide user training to business users.

Exposure in Supply Chain Management and Supply Chain Analytics

Implementation / Support exposure on Supply Chain Management / Planning solutions

Exposure in Graph database models, SQL queries /some coding exposure e.g, Java, C, Python etc.

Exposure in various type of supply chain networks model.

SSIS Integration skill

Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.

Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.

Performing requirements analysis.

Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.

Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
