Job summary

AlgoLeap Technologies Pvt Ltd. in Bengaluru seeks an experienced o9 Demand Planning specialist to drive end-to-end implementations and lead S&OP/IBP processes. You will configure demand planning modules, develop forecasting models, and collaborate with data teams to ensure accurate planning and KPI dashboards.

Strong stakeholder management and global practice experience are valued. Hybrid or on-site Bengaluru work environment with client interactions across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, IT, business or related field.
• 4–10+ years of supply chain planning experience.
• At least 2–5 years hands-on experience implementing o9 Demand Planning with trainings and certifications.
• Strong understanding of demand planning and forecasting processes.
• End-to-end implementation lifecycle experience, from requirements to hypercare.
• Experience working with global supply chain organizations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute SIT, UAT, and production validation.
• Support data validation, reconciliation, and deployments.
• Train users and provide post-go-live support.
• Identify opportunities to improve planning processes and performance.
• Support change requests, enhancements, and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements for Demand Planning, Forecasting, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP/IBP).
• Lead functional workshops and translate business requirements into o9 solution designs.
• Configure and implement o9 Demand Planning modules, including forecasting, planning hierarchies, planning levels, and workflows.
• Configure forecasting models, demand sensing, segmentation, and consensus planning processes.
• Design planning workflows, alerts, KPIs, dashboards, and planner workbenches within the o9 platform.
• Collaborate with technical teams on data integration, APIs, ETL processes, and master data management.
• Prepare functional specifications and support technical development.
• Execute System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production validation.
• Support data validation, reconciliation, and production deployments.
• Train business users and provide post-go-live support.
• Identify opportunities to improve planning processes and solution performance.
• Support change requests, enhancements, and production issue resolution.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 4–10+ years of Supply Chain Planning experience.
• At least 2–5 years of hands‑on experience implementing o9 platform Demand Planning along with o9 Trainings and Certifications
• Strong understanding of demand planning and forecasting business processes.
• Experience in end‑to‑end implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering through hypercare.
• Experience working with global supply chain organizations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
