Job summary

Mancer Consulting Services in India seeks an experienced operations leader to own end-to-end Back Office RCM performance across portfolios, driving cash acceleration, AR performance, denials management, and revenue realization.

You will lead a 2000+ FTE team, enable AI- and automation-led transformation with Product, Operational Excellence and Technology teams, and ensure disciplined delivery across quality, productivity, SLA adherence, and client commitments.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of progressive leadership in large-scale operations.
• 10+ years in Revenue Cycle Management with outcomes-focused leadership.
• Solid understanding of collections, AR, denials, productivity and client performance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Back Office RCM performance and collections outcomes for assigned portfolios, including cash acceleration, AR performance, denials management, and revenue realization

• Own portfolio-level financial performance, including productivity, margins, cost-to-serve and investment effectiveness, supported by rigorous performance management and governance cadence.
• Lead BI, reporting, advanced analytics, and data governance across RCM
• Accountable for all people outcomes. Will lead a large Operations team of 2000+ FTEs
