Zycus is seeking a Senior Director / AVP of Professional Services for the EMEA-APAC region. The leader will oversee end-to-end delivery of the AI-native Source-to-Pay suite, steering a high-performing regional organization to deliver large-scale enterprise transformations with precision and measurable business value realization.

This role requires strong delivery management, lean team structures, and a relentless focus on customer value.

Qualifications

• 12–18 years of experience in enterprise software/SaaS delivery.
• Proven leadership of lean, high-impact teams.
• Domain expertise in Source-to-Pay, Procurement, or ERP/CRM.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Professional Services strategy for the EMEA-APAC region.
• Own end-to-end P&L for the region with lean resource allocation.
• Direct large, complex global transformations with ERP integrations (SAP/Oracle/Dynamics).
• Drive time-to-value mindset and rigorous PMO governance.
• Champion AI-first delivery models and leverage AI accelerators in delivery toolkits.
• Partner with Sales on SOW integrity, margins, and delivery feasibility.
• Provide strategic delivery insights during pre-sales and deal shaping.

We are hiring Senior Director / AVP of Professional Services for EMEA-APAC is a cornerstone leadership role responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Zycus’ AI-native Source-to-Pay suite. You will lead a high-performing regional organization, ensuring that large-scale enterprise transformations are executed with precision, technical integrity, and a relentless focus on customer value realization. This role requires a leader who excels in high-stakes delivery management while maintaining a lean, agile team structure.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Regional Operations

• Define and execute the Professional Services strategy for the EMEA-APAC region, tailoring delivery models to diverse regional markets.
• Own the end-to-end P&L for the region, focusing on optimal resource allocation, profitability, and operational efficiency within a lean organizational structure.

Delivery Excellence & Ecosystem Integration

• Direct large, complex global transformation programs, ensuring seamless integrations with major ERP ecosystems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Drive a "Time-to-Value" (TTV) mindset, accelerating customer Go-Lives and ROI through disciplined project management.
• Enforce rigorous PMO governance across a tiered team of Directors, Consultants, and Project Managers to ensure consistent quality.

Innovation & Agentic AI Transition

• Champion the transition from traditional SaaS implementation to Agentic AI / AI-first delivery models.
• Leverage automation and AI-driven accelerators to modernize delivery toolkits, improving implementation speed and adoption.
• Partner closely with Sales to manage the Sales-to-Services hand-off, ensuring SOW integrity, margin protection, and delivery feasibility.
• Provide strategic delivery insights during pre-sales and deal shaping for high-value regional pursuits.

Customer Value & Advocacy

• Partner with CXOs of Fortune 500 clients to ensure enterprise-wide adoption and measurable business outcomes (cost optimization, compliance, process efficiency).
• Represent Zycus in industry forums, influencing procurement transformation and intelligent SaaS delivery.

Required Skills

• Experience: 12 to 18 Years in Enterprise Software/SaaS delivery, with a proven track record of managing end-to-end professional services.
• Leadership: Experience managing lean, high-impact teams of Project Managers, Consultants, and Directors.
• Domain Expertise: Strong preference for Source-to-Pay (S2P), Procurement, or Supply Chain; candidates from similarly complex enterprise domains (FinTech, ERP, CRM) are encouraged.
• Regional Expertise: Proven leadership across EMEA and APAC delivery organizations.
• Technical Literacy: Deep understanding of ERP integrations and a strong perspective on Generative/Agentic AI in enterprise delivery.
• Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai, Pune, or Bangalore.
