Job summary

IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager to lead the Digital Platforms team in shaping Internet and Mobile Banking experiences for customers in Mumbai. You will guide agile squads, drive strategy, and ensure execution across the product lifecycle with a focus on customer engagement and value delivery.

You will own backlog, prioritize features, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to optimize performance, adoption, and KPIs while managing budgets and P&L for product

Qualifications

• Graduation in BSc, B.Tech, or BE; MBA/PGDM preferred.
• 4+ years of digital product management experience required.
• Experience in banking or digital platforms is a plus.

Role – Senior Digital Product Manager

Function/Department – Digital Banking

Location – BKC Mumbai

Job Purpose:

As a Senior Digital Product Manager in the Digital Platforms team, you will play a key role in building and enhancing the Internet and Mobile Banking experiences for IDFC FIRST Bank customers. You will lead agile squads, drive product strategy, and ensure seamless execution across the product lifecycle. This role demands strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of customer engagement, agile methodologies, and digital product development.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead and support agile, cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric digital solutions.
• Define and prioritize product backlog and release plans to maximize business value.
• Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to teams and stakeholders.
• Drive Scrum ceremonies including planning, reviews, and backlog refinement.
• Own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, adoption, and enhancement.
• Monitor team velocity and continuously improve development processes.
• Manage cross-product dependencies and lead strategic initiatives.
• Conduct market research and implement customer engagement funnels.
• Own P&L for product features and optimize budgets and costs.

Secondary Responsibilities :

• Build strong relationships with internal technology users and vendors.
• Ensure product performance and uptime as per departmental KPIs.
• Champion agile development practices and drive digital adoption strategies.
