Software Product Management III – Digital Banking (Net & Mobile Banking HO Team)

This role seeks a Software Product Manager – Accounts & Deposits with extensive background in designing and delivering enterprise and/or internet-scale tools within the financial services space. The candidate must possess a blend of technical proficiency and market insight, with at least 6‑9 years of professional experience in software product management.

The ideal candidate will have extensive domain expertise in building digital app/solutions for savings account and current account customers, and prior experience in products such as CASA, overdraft accounts, family banking, deposits, and debit cards.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Develop a comprehensive product strategy that encompasses market needs, regulatory requirements, and technological advancements. Define the vision and roadmap for enterprise and employee‑facing tools.
• Market Analysis: Perform in-depth market research and analysis to understand the competitive landscape, banking & fintech industry trends, and customer needs. Identify gaps and opportunities for innovation.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch, evaluation, and iteration. Ensure the product aligns with the business goals and delivers value to end‑users.
• Feature Development: Work closely with stakeholders to define and prioritize features. Create detailed requirements and user stories that align with the overall product strategy.
• Cross‑functional Leadership: Lead cross‑functional teams, including engineering, design, QA, and business units, to deliver high‑quality products on time and within budget. Facilitate communication and collaboration among teams.
• Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform future development decisions. Regularly report on product performance and strategic adjustments.
• User Experience: Champion a superior user experience, ensuring the tools are intuitive, efficient, and tailored to the unique needs of banking & fintech employees.
• Compliance & Security: Ensure all products meet the stringent regulatory, compliance, and security requirements specific to the banking industry.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain regular communication with all stakeholders, including senior management, end‑users, and IT teams. Gather and incorporate feedback to continuously improve the product.

Qualifications
