Roles and Responsibilities:

• Identifying opportunities and providing inputs on Digital Product vision, strategy, roadmap and features, including external benchmarking and keeping a pulse on digital banking trends in market and customer preferences
• Design/develop and manage whole customer journey, manage the overall cross-product backlog for solution requirements, drive alignment across teams and communicate status and progress.
• Creating digital user journeys on CASA, deposit, loan and other products offering of the bank.
• Evaluating new fintech partners on project viability in terms of commercial viability and scaling opportunities.
• Adhering the regulatory guidelines/process/risk/compliance framework of the bank while crafting digital journeys.
• Defining and continually refining product features by taking inputs from business leaders.
• Translating product roadmap features into well‑defined product requirement documents/user stories and acceptance test criteria.
• Creating well‑articulated BRDs/PRDs for tech development.
• Day‑to‑day managing tech requirements of the partners and liaising with internal teams to provide seamless support in taking projects live within stipulated timelines.
• Defining and executing the deployment plan.
• Continuous engagement with fintech channel partners to deliver the entire integration in time.
