Job summary

IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager for its Digital Platforms team in Mumbai (BKC). You will lead agile squads, shape product strategy, and drive end-to-end lifecycle management for Internet and Mobile Banking experiences.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage backlogs, define release plans, and monitor KPIs to enhance customer engagement and product performance in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job Purpose:

As a Senior Digital Product Manager in the Digital Platforms team, you will play a key role in building and enhancing the Internet and Mobile Banking experiences for IDFC FIRST Bank customers. You will lead agile squads, drive product strategy, and ensure seamless execution across the product lifecycle. This role demands strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of customer engagement, agile methodologies, and digital product development.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead and support agile, cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric digital solutions.
• Define and prioritize product backlog and release plans to maximize business value.
• Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to teams and stakeholders.
• Drive Scrum ceremonies including planning, reviews, and backlog refinement.
