Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Operations Executive to join our global marketing team. You will help manage and optimise our digital marketing ecosystem, supporting campaigns, website development, customer journeys and marketing automation initiatives that connect our services with audiences worldwide.

Based in our Hyderabad-based global team, you will work across Europe, Asia and the Americas to enhance digital performance, improve user experiences and deliver impactful campaigns.

Qualifications

• Experience with marketing automation and digital campaigns.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Familiarity with tracking fundamentals; GTM beneficial.
• Fluent English; strong stakeholder communication.
• Willing to work European business hours; global collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns and automation via HubSpot.
• Maintain CRM data quality, segmentation, lead scoring, and journeys.
• Coordinate website updates, landing pages, and digital content with teams.
• Monitor performance and provide actionable insights.
• Support continuous improvement of IQ-EQ's marketing tech ecosystem.

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive, Digital Channels to join our global marketing team. In this role, you'll help manage and optimise our digital marketing ecosystem, supporting campaigns, website development, customer journeys and marketing automation initiatives that connect our services with audiences worldwide.

Working closely with colleagues across Europe, Asia and the Americas, you'll play a key role in enhancing digital performance, improving user experiences and delivering impactful global marketing campaigns.

What you'll do

• You'll manage and optimise digital marketing campaigns and automation programmes through HubSpot.
• You'll maintain CRM data quality, audience segmentation, lead scoring and customer journey workflows.
• You'll coordinate website updates, landing pages and digital content in partnership with internal teams and external developers.
• You'll monitor campaign, website and digital channel performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• You'll support the continuous improvement of IQ-EQ's digital marketing ecosystem, user experience and marketing technology capabilities.

About You

• You're confident using HubSpot, Hootsuite or other digital marketing platforms, and have a solid understanding of website CMS platforms and web analytics.
• You bring a naturally analytical mindset and enjoy using data to drive decisions and improvements.
• Experience with tracking fundamentals and Google Tag Manager would be beneficial, but isn't essential.
• You communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal, and can build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• You're flexible in working European business hours and thrive in a collaborative, global environment.
