Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking a Marketing Technology Specialist in Hyderabad to manage digital campaigns and automation through HubSpot, optimise CRM data and lead scoring, and coordinate web content with internal teams and external developers.

You will monitor performance, provide actionable insights, and support the evolution of IQ-EQ's marketing tech stack and user experience in a global, collaborative environment. Fluency in English and willingness to work European hours are required.

Qualifications

• You’re confident using HubSpot, Hootsuite or other digital marketing platforms, and have a solid understanding of website CMS platforms and web analytics.
• You bring a naturally analytical mindset and enjoy using data to drive decisions and improvements.
• Experience with tracking fundamentals and Google Tag Manager would be beneficial, but isn't essential.
• You communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal, and can build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• You’re flexible in working European business hours and thrive in a collaborative, global environment.
