Job summary

IQ-EQ’s Digital & AI Solutions team seeks an Engineer to design, develop, and deliver AI-driven solutions that create business value. You will work with cross-functional teams to build scalable digital products, leverage emerging technologies, and drive innovation across the organization.

You will lead projects, translate requirements into technical plans, ensure quality, security, and reliability, and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to deliver impactful AI outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years delivering AI projects from concept to production.
• Strong expertise in AI, ML, DL, RL, NLP, cloud computing, big data analytics, web/mobile tech, and IoT.
• Proficient in Python, Java, or C++, with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, LLMs, transfer learning, and AWS Bedrock.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions including AI/ML systems, LLMs, RAG, NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics, and ML models.
• Provide technical leadership to developers, data scientists, and engineers to ensure delivery within scope, budget, quality, and timelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate technical concepts into business solutions.
• Establish and maintain best practices for software development, QA, security, scalability, and reliability.
• Drive continuous improvement by monitoring performance, optimizing processes, and ensuring compliance.

Introduction

Join our Digital & AI team as an Engineer, Digital & AI Solutions, where you will design, develop, and deliver innovative AI-driven solutions that create business value. You will work with cross-functional teams to build scalable digital products, leverage emerging technologies, and drive continuous innovation across the organization.

What you'll do

• You'll design, develop, and deploy digital and AI solutions, including AI/ML systems, LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), NLP applications, computer vision systems, predictive analytics, and advanced machine learning models.
• You'll provide technical leadership to developers, data scientists, and engineers, ensuring successful project delivery within scope, budget, quality, and timeline requirements.
• You'll collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify innovation opportunities, and translate complex technical concepts into actionable business solutions.
• You'll establish and maintain best practices for software development, quality assurance, security, scalability, and reliability, utilizing technologies such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, transfer learning, LLMs, and AWS Bedrock.
• You'll drive continuous improvement by monitoring solution performance, optimizing processes, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and providing technical guidance and thought leadership across the organization.

About you

• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and have at least 2 years of experience delivering AI projects from concept to production.
• You possess strong technical expertise in AI, machine learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning, natural language processing, cloud computing, big data analytics, web and mobile technologies, and IoT.
• You are proficient in Python, Java, or C++ and have hands-on experience with frameworks and platforms such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Keras, LLMs, transfer learning, and AWS Bedrock.
• You demonstrate excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• You are a collaborative team player with strong leadership capabilities and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments; relevant certifications (AWS, Azure AI, etc.) and exposure to global teams, financial services, or private equity environments are advantageous.
