Job summary

Broadridge Financial Solutions India Pvt Ltd is seeking a Senior Member Technical in Bengaluru to lead data engineering efforts on cloud platforms. You will design and optimize data pipelines, implement ETL processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable data solutions.

The role requires strong Python and SQL skills, experience with AWS services (S3, Glue, Lambda), Snowflake, and data visualization tools.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of hands-on data engineering or related experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS) such as S3, Glue, Lambda.
• Expertise with Snowflake including data warehousing, tuning, and cost optimization.
• Proficiency with ETL tools and API development.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI/Looker).
• Excellent problem-solving and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Experience delivering in Agile Scrum environments.
• Understanding of data security, privacy regulations, and compliance.
• AWS or Snowflake certifications are a plus.

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience in data engineering or related roles, with specialized experience in data engineering tasks on cloud platforms.
• Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and one or more data pipeline orchestration tools (e.g., Apache Airflow).
• Expertise in AWS services (e.g., S3, Glue, Lambda).
• Extensive experience with Snowflake, including data warehousing, performance tuning, and cost optimization.
• Proficiency in ETL tools, data integration, and API development.
• Capable of adapting workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and meet evolving project requirements.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex data challenges.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated experience working within Agile Scrum frameworks to deliver iterative and incremental value.
• Strong understanding of data security, privacy regulations, and compliance.
• Certifications in AWS or Snowflake are a plus.
