• 5–9 years of experience in data analytics or BI roles.
• Strong SQL development, query optimization and stored procedure analysis.

• Experience with Data Lakes, Data Warehouses and enterprise data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data to uncover actionable business insights.
• Lead data analysis activities and support business transformation and strategic initiatives.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and analytical datasets.
• Perform data profiling, reconciliation, validation, and quality assessments.
• Work with Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, and cloud-based analytical platforms.
• Design and enhance analytical models to support reporting and BI requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate data requirements into solutions.
• Partner with QA, Platform, Engineering, and DevOps teams for delivery.
• Support dashboards, reporting, and ad-hoc analysis requests.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 5 to 9 years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or Analytics roles.
• Strong expertise in SQL development, query optimization, and stored procedure analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Data Services, Databricks, Azure Synapse, or similar cloud technologies.
• Experience working with Data Lake, Data Warehouse, and enterprise data platforms.
• Strong understanding of OLTP systems, Data Warehouse concepts, and dimensional data models.
• Experience leading or contributing significantly to enterprise data analytics projects.
• Knowledge of Data Architecture, Data Modeling, and Analytical Frameworks.
• Strong understanding of RDBMS concepts, data structures, and analytical algorithms.
• Experience creating reports, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions.
• Ability to analyze complex datasets and convert findings into meaningful business recommendations.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including QA, Platform Delivery, Engineering, and DevOps.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Experience working within Banking or Financial Services environments is highly preferred.
