Overview

We are seeking an experienced Data Architect to design scalable, secure, and high-performance data solutions leveraging Snowflake, Power BI, and Azure for enterprise applications in the Pharma/Life Sciences domain.

• Role: Data Architect

What You'll Do

• Analyze complex data sets to identify patterns and derive actionable insights for decision-making.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders through clear verbal and written communication.
• Create comprehensive documentation and convey technical information in an understandable manner.
• Understand business processes, workflows, and industry-specific knowledge to align solutions with organizational goals.
• Identify issues, evaluate alternatives, and propose innovative solutions to business challenges.
• Gather and document detailed business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
• Manage relationships and expectations among diverse stakeholders (clients, users, developers, management).
• Adapt to changing project scopes, priorities, and timelines while ensuring quality outcomes.
• Lead Scrum teams as Product Owner, defining product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities.
• Assess value, develop business cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes aligned with product strategy.
• Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of user stories.
• Collaborate with Product Management to maintain a product backlog based on business value or ROI.
• Plan product release schedules and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities.

Expertise You'll Bring

• Strong foundation in statistics and hands-on experience with Excel, SQL, R, or Python.
• Proven ability to analyze, structure, and present large data sets clearly.
• Experience creating reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for decision-making.
• Familiarity with business analysis tools, data analysis software, and SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Expertise in business requirement gathering, functional specifications, and user story creation.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
