Job summary

PivotRoots Digital Private Limited in Gurugram, India, is hiring a Data Analytics Specialist to analyze marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and programmatic channels. You will leverage Google Ads Data Hub (ADH) for granular insights and build dashboards tracking CAC, ROAS, LTV, and conversions.

The role requires a 2+ year track record in data analytics, strong SQL skills, and experience with data visualization tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data analytics.
• Strong experience with Google Ads Data Hub (ADH) or media platforms.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics and attribution models.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with Python or R is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze marketing campaigns across various digital media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, programmatic, etc.) to assess performance and identify improvement areas.
• Leverage Google Ads Data Hub (ADH) to perform granular campaign analysis and derive privacy-safe insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), including CAC, ROAS, LTV, and conversion metrics.
• Ensure data quality and consistency across platforms, managing large and complex datasets.
• Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations and present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data analytics.
• Strong experience working with Google Ads Data Hub (ADH) or media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, DV360, etc.).
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
• Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics, attribution models, and media effectiveness.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills; experience with Python or R is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to tell a compelling story through data.
