Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong experience with Google Ads Data Hub (ADH) or media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, DV360, etc.).
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
• Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics, attribution models, and media effectiveness.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills; Python or R is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to tell a compelling story through data.

We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to support performance marketing and campaign analysisacross multiple media platforms. This role is responsible for measuring campaign effectiveness usingdata from CRM systems, ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta), and advanced analytics toolsincluding Google Ads Data Hub (ADH). You will work closely with marketing and data teams todeliver actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Analyze marketing campaigns across various digital media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, programmatic, etc.) to assess performance and identify improvement areas.
• Leverage Google Ads Data Hub (ADH) to perform granular campaign analysis and derive privacy-safe insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), including CAC, ROAS, LTV, and conversion metrics.
• Ensure data quality and consistency across platforms, managing large and complex datasets.
• Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations and present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
