Provide EDI business and configuration support for K-C North America for both the Consumer and KCP sales organizations. Collaborate with other analysts to monitor and troubleshoot EDI transactions, providing a reliable exchange of electronic information between K-C and the customer. Drive continuous improvement for EDI processes and error reduction to enable touchless order flow.
Successful EDI Sr Data Analysts have solid analysis skills, great communication (both written and verbal), work well in a highly collaborative environment, and manage/balance multiple projects to meet expected service levels with attention to detail.
