Job summary

Kimberly-Clark is seeking an Order Management Analyst to ensure accurate, timely SAP order processing and to drive cost savings while maintaining clean data. You will work with internal teams and external partners to remove delivery blocks and ensure orders reach customers on time, supporting a world-class supply chain.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, data discipline, and the ability to manage large volumes of orders while communicating clearly across levels of the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics or order management required.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a supply chain environment preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

  • Daily processing of orders in SAP and related systems.
  • Remove delivery blocks and ensure timely order resolution to meet targets.
  • Adhere to min order quantities and applicable fees/allowances.
  • Handle customer calls via Talk Desk and provide solutions.
  • Identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities ($5–10K).
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communicate clearly and proactively across organizational levels.
  • Support a collaborative environment where team members grow.

You bring a grounded understanding of supply chain andlogisticsoperations, and you know how toprocess orders on time and ensure that the fill rates & OTD targets are achieved.You’recomfortable managing large volumes oforders, keeping systems clean, and communicating clearly with internal teams and external partners.

  • Daily Processing of orders inSAP

  • Removing delivery blocks on time & ensure order cube targets are achieved for TL (3200) & CPU (2500)

  • Follow the protocols for min order quantities and applicable fees & allowances

  • Able to take customer calls viaTalkDeskand provide solutions

  • Lookfor process improvement opportunities & bring in $5-10K cost savings

  • Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders&external partners

  • Communicate clearly, proactively, and concisely across all organizational levels

  • Support a collaborative environment where every team member can contribute and grow

What you bring (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain,logisticsor order management

  • 3–5 years of experience in a supply chain environment

  • Intermediate–advanced capability with Microsoft Excel

  • Experience withSAP

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong oral and written communication skills(English)

Preferred Qualifications
  • Basicproficiencyin Tableau, Power BI, andFourKites

  • Advanced knowledge of SAP

  • Results-oriented, analytical, detail-focused, organized, flexible, proactive,strong communicationskills, and high organizational awareness.
