Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking a graduate with about 1 year of experience in lending/financial services to manage day-to-day customer interactions and drive branch profitability. The role focuses on maintaining strong customer relations and promoting financial products.

You will be involved in cross-selling and upselling, participating in promotional activities, and driving referral programs to acquire customers and enhance financial wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 1 year experience in lending/financial services.
• Strong cross-selling and relationship-building skills.
• Able to communicate in local language and English, with interpersonal skills.
