Job summary

Riya Business Travel in Mumbai is seeking a Corporate Travel Consultant to join our team. With 6+ years of experience, you will handle corporate ticketing, generate PNRs, issue, re-issue, refunds and date changes, and manage international itineraries using Amadeus CRS.

Responsible for domestic and international ticketing, corporate fares updates, and rotating shifts with week offs. Implants and back office experience welcomed.

Qualifications

• Ticketing knowledge and hands-on experience with PNR creation and ticketing operations.
• Experience issuing domestic and international tickets and handling refunds/cost changes.
• Familiarity with Amadeus CRS for issuing tickets and managing itineraries.
