Aufgaben

• Lead and execute corporate strategic initiatives aligned with the organization's business objectives and growth plans.
• Support executive leadership in developing and implementing corporate policies, governance frameworks, and business strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects involving finance, operations, regulatory affairs, quality, manufacturing, supply chain, sales, and marketing.
• Monitor organizational performance by analyzing key business metrics and preparing executive reports and presentations.
• Drive business process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements, industry regulations, and company policies.
• Collaborate with regulatory, legal, and quality teams to support compliance with applicable medical device regulations and quality management systems.
• Manage corporate planning activities, including annual operating plans, strategic reviews, and business performance assessments.
• Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies to support business continuity.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, business expansion initiatives, and strategic partnerships through financial and operational due diligence.
• Coordinate corporate communications and facilitate effective collaboration across departments and business units.
• Develop and monitor departmental budgets, resource allocation, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and business cases for executive management and the Board of Directors.
• Oversee implementation of corporate policies, SOPs, and organizational change initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs and recommend corrective actions to achieve business objectives.
• Manage corporate contracts, vendor relationships, and strategic service agreements in collaboration with procurement and legal teams.
• Lead organizational transformation, digitalization, and process automation initiatives.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting for corporate governance, compliance, and statutory requirements.
• Represent the company during meetings with regulatory authorities, business partners, auditors, and external stakeholders, as appropriate.
