Please See// in Mumbai is seeking a Senior Copywriter who can craft brand voices and stories across platforms. You’ll shape manifestos, campaigns, and scripts, translating strategy into living language and guiding a team of writers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of writing experience in branding, digital, or content-driven studios.
• Understand the architecture of a brand and fit the voice to the brand.
• Think in stories and design in tone; collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Write brand manifestos, tone-of-voice guides, campaigns, social captions, packaging lines, and scripts.
• Shape and evolve distinctive brand voices across touchpoints without losing nuance.
• Translate strategy into storytelling with insight and instinct in every line.
• Work with art directors, motion designers, and creative leads to craft integrated ideas.
• Contribute to naming, messaging frameworks, product storytelling, and branded content.
• Present thinking clearly in rooms with creatives or to clients.

This is more than just a writing role. You’ll help shape brand voices, guide narratives, and work alongside strategists, designers, and filmmakers to build brands that people want to follow, feel, and belong to.

What You’ll Do

• Write everything from brand manifestos and tone-of-voice guides to campaigns, social captions, packaging lines, and film scripts
• Shape and evolve distinctive brand voices, and carry them across touchpoints without losing the nuance
• Translate strategy into storytelling, bringing insight and instinct into every line
• Work closely with art directors, motion designers, and creative leads to craft integrated ideas
• Contribute to naming, messaging frameworks, product storytelling, and branded content
• Present your thinking with clarity, whether in a room full of creatives or across from a client
• Mentor junior writers and support them with clear, thoughtful feedback
• Stay sensitive to culture - and know when to speak with edge, restraint, humour, or softness
