Job summary

LR Energy seeks a seasoned PMC professional to oversee site coordination, construction monitoring, and project execution at CBG project sites in India.

With 12+ years of civil/mechanical/electrical experience, you will coordinate with clients, EPC contractors, and internal teams to ensure schedule, safety, and quality across multidisciplinary activities.

Qualifications

• Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum Experience: >12 Years.
• Work Location: Project Site(s) – CBG Projects.

Responsibilities

• Act as the principal PMC site representative coordinating with the Client, EPC/EPCOM contractor, consultants and internal project teams.
• Monitor overall construction progress against the approved project schedule, milestones and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary activities including civil, mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation, safety and planning.
• Review contractor DPRs, progress reports, schedules, look-ahead plans, hindrance records, MOMs and action trackers.
• Monitor contractor mobilisation of manpower, machinery, materials and work fronts and identify resource constraints.
• Review and coordinate resolution of technical issues, site constraints, deviations and interface requirements.
• Monitor quality compliance and ensure execution is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and approved methodologies.
• Conduct and participate in weekly/monthly progress review meetings and ensure timely closure of action points.
• Monitor project risks, delays and critical activities and coordinate suitable recovery actions with the contractor.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning readiness, punch-list closure and handover activities.
• Ensure proper project documentation, correspondence, site records and as-built/handover documentation.
• Provide regular project status and management inputs to the PMC/Client management team.

Preferred Project Exposure

CBG / biogas / waste-to-energy / process plant / EPC / EPCOM / oil & gas / industrial project experience is preferred.
