Job summary

Randstad India is seeking an HR Operations & Onboarding Specialist with 4-6 years of experience to manage end-to-end onboarding, employee lifecycle processes, HR data management, and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, Advanced Excel, and Power BI, with proven ability to handle confidential information and collaborate with Payroll, IT, and Talent Acquisition teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintaining employee personnel files and digital documentation repositories.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding and new hire GA orientation.
• Handle employee lifecycle activities.
• Maintain employee records and personal/digital employee files, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of documents.
• Manage and update employee data in SAP SuccessFactors and HRMS.
• Ensure HR data accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of HR transactions.
• Generate HR reports, dashboards, and workforce insights using Power BI.
• Perform data analysis and reporting using Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP,
• Coordinate with Payroll, Talent Acquisition, IT, and business stakeholders.
• Support HR audits, compliance requirements, and process improvement initiatives.
