Job summary

WNS, part of Capgemini, seeks a Solutions Consultant to liaise with cross-functional teams and lead the end-to-end RFP/RFI process for client opportunities. The role involves content development for marketing collateral and building solution frameworks across geos with procurement offerings.

Location includes Gurgaon, Pune, Mumbai with a focus on deep domain expertise in Sourcing, Contracting and Transactional Procurement, and strong client-management capabilities to drive revenue and client

Qualifications

• Post Graduate/Graduate with minimum 6+ years of experience
• At least 3+ years in a Solutions role
• Deep understanding of business processes and offshore environment
• Proven client management skills
• Strong written communication
• Coordination and program management to interface with stakeholders
• Domain expertise across Sourcing, Contracting and Transactional Procurement

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end RFP/RFI process for deals allocated to the Industry Verticals with PROCUREMENT practice.
• Coordinate and lead client visits and tours of facilities.
• Identify business development opportunities across the value chain and build solution frameworks.
• Develop content for marketing collateral like case studies, competency documents, brochures, and presentations.
• Support revenue targets by delivering robust solutions and value propositions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, quality, finance, technology, transition, and HR.

Employee Category: Solutions Location: Gurgaon, Pune, Mumbai Role: Consultant- Solutions Liaise with cross functional teams and Subject Matter Experts like operations, quality, finance, technology, transition, Human Resources etc. for the creation and design of solutions for prospective and existing clients Ensure that the RFPs/RFIs response clearly articulated, in the best possible manner, WNS's value proposition and credentials to service to client's specific requirements across geos with Procurement offerings Content development for marketing collateral i.e. case studies, competency documents, brochures, corporate and domain specific presentations for client visit, competency building, due diligence and bid meetings Lead the end-to-end RFP/ RFI process for specific deals allocated in the Industry Verticals with PROCUREMENT practice. Identify Business Development opportunities across the value chain, build solutions framework to address these opportunities. Would be responsible for Greater Farming penetration through proactive solution development for any prospective areas of opportunity. Qualifications

Knowledge/Qualification: Post Graduate/Graduate Min 6 + years of working experience with at least 3+ Years of experience in a Solutions role Deep understanding of business processes and an off-shore business environment. Proven client management skills Ability to handle high pressure situations and multi-task Analytical mindset - ability to understand customer requirements in a service industry and provide appropriate solution Co-ordination and program management skills to interface with various stakeholders Excellent written communication skills Strong Domain Expertise across Sourcing, Contracting and Transactional Procurement
