Job Description

We are seeking a domain expert in Life Sciences, SME, or Practice Leader. The candidate must demonstrate a solid understanding of the latest trends in the life sciences market and have experience delivering end-to-end life sciences projects for US and European clients.

The ideal candidate will be well-versed with digital technologies, transformation tools, automation, analytics, and process diagnostics, blueprinting activities, etc. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel is essential. The candidate should be a strong team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy, project-oriented environment and is accustomed to driving outcomes.

Excellent communication skills with client-facing experience are required. The person should be action and results-oriented, self-driven, with high energy, analytical thinking, and adaptability. Thought leadership in the latest industry trends and technologies is desirable. The candidate should understand, propose, and pitch key levers and differentiators for transformation journeys, participate in strategic projects, develop collateral, and support solutions teams in responding to RFI, RFP, RFQ, etc.

The role involves collaborating across departments and leading the overall transformation journey for clients.
