Job Summary

The opportunity: Consultant-FS-Business Consulting PI-CNS - BC - Marketing Sales & Service - Mumbai.

Your key responsibilities

• Experience in any of the sectors listed BFSI, Banking and NBFC etc Domain Knowledge The candidate should have extensive experience in the Banking OR Consulting industry. Specifically in areas such as Corporate, SME, Retail Banking, Digital Banking and Operations. Sound understanding of the financial services (banking) market and regulatory environment in India Additional experience in payments / remittances and working knowledge of NBFC sector interplays would be valuable Other Skills In-depth understanding of the economic and business environment in the banking industry Expertise in areas such as Go to Market Strategy /Business planning / hands on experience of performance improvement of internal operations / Business development / Solution development Excellent oral and written communication skills Good leadership qualities Client relationship management and account management skills. Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have

• B Tech
• CA + MBA (preferably from a premier institute such as IIMs, NITIE, SP Jain, XLRI, ISB, FMS etc.) with a good academic background

Experience

• 1-6 years of relevant post MBA experience Consulting background (preferably) or Industry background (usiness excellence / functional role) with expertise iin atleast two of the areas listed Business transformation, Businessprocess Re-engineering, Market aessment, post-mergerintegration, Strategy and Business planning, Sales and Marketing improvement / transformation, Strategic Cost Reduction, Supply Chain Management / transformation
