The role
This role suits an experienced consultant who enjoys solving complex problems, leading projects and teams,
hands-on delivery, and working with thought leaders and directly with senior client stakeholders to translate
strategy into measurable outcomes and uplift client capability.
As a Manager, you will lead client workstreams and delivery outcomes, strengthen client relationships, and
actively contribute to practice growth while continuing to deepen technical and leadership capability.
At your core, you are client-centred: you anchor decisions in the clients context, keep outcomes front of mind,
and measure success by value delivered, not activity complete
Roles Responsibilities
What Youll Be Responsible For
Client outcomes advisory leadership
- Lead end-to-end delivery of consulting engagements: plan the work, manage governance, assure
quality, and drive value realisation.
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders; communicate progress, risks, and decisions
clearly and early
- Design and facilitate workshops (virtually and face to face) that move teams from analysis to decisions
and practical actions Produce executive-ready storylines and recommendations that are structured (Minto-style),
evidence-based, and implementable
Team Leadership Capability Development
- Lead and coach consulting teams across one or more workstreams; role-model high standards and
inclusive leadership
- Provide day-to-day guidance to consultants and senior consultants; build confidence, skill, and client
presence
- Support capability uplift in client teams through practical tools, coaching, and knowledge transfer (not
just deliverables)
- Reinforce a high-performance, inclusive team environment in a client focussed, value based company
culture
Practice Business Contribution
- Contribute to building how we deliver in India: repeatable templates, playbooks, and internal
knowledge that improve quality and speed over time
Commercial growth contribution
- Go above and beyond consulting delivery to support the development of our new consulting office,
reinforcing our high standards and our strong, client focussed, collaborative company culture
- Contribute to proposals and pursuits: structure the problem, shape the approach, and write clearly
for executives
- Support internal collaboration across global teams to bring the right expertise to clients, including
working with onshore teams and stakeholders
What Were Looking For
Experience and Background
- 4-6+ yearsexperience in procurement or supply chain in both industry and in a professional services
environment. Candidates will have a specialisation in a combination of areas that include: Demonstrated experience leading consulting workstreams end-to-end from diagnostic
and strategy development through to implementation planning, value realisation and
capability uplift Practical technology consulting exposure, including advising on digital enablement and
adoption (e.g. platforms, analytics and emerging AI-enabled ways of working) to improve
outcomes and service performance Strong domain grounding across procurement and supply chain transformation, evidenced
by experience advising clients and leading work in areas such as category strategy/strategic
sourcing, commercial and contracting reviews, P2P and operating model design, supplier
governance (SRM/SPM), sustainability and supplier risk, and supply chain design and
operating model optimisation Experience delivering work for large or complex global organisations, working in a range of
company structures (private, public, MNCs etc.) and engaging effectively with senior
Additional Responsibility
Strong analytical capability with confidence working with data and digital tools. Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Business, Economics, Law, Science or a related discipline
(with a leading MBA preferred)
