WSP in India invites applications for a Sr. Consultant- Project Coordinator to support AUS Mining projects from Bengaluru.

The role emphasizes coordinating activities, maintaining documentation, and ensuring timely delivery with strong communication across stakeholders. You will work closely with Project Managers, engineering teams, project controls, and commercial functions to support governance and successful project execution.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects in engineering, mining, EPCM, or infrastructure sectors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities, deliverables, and action items.
• Support MSP/P6 schedules and monitor project progress.
• Prepare project reports, dashboards, and meeting minutes.
• Maintain project trackers (risks, issues, actions, changes).
• Support governance, approvals and compliance processes.
• Maintain accurate project data and reporting systems.
• Coordinate with PMs, engineers, clients, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Project Coordination: Coordinate project activities, deliverables, and action items.
• Planning & Scheduling: Support MSP/P6 schedules and monitor project progress.
• Reporting: Prepare project reports, dashboards, and meeting minutes.
• Risk & Change: Maintain project trackers and registers (risks, issues, actions, and changes).
• Governance: Support project compliance, approvals, and governance processes.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate project data, documentation, and reporting systems.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Work with PMs, engineers, clients, and cross-functional teams.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong project coordination and administrative skills.
