Fluor Corporation in India invites experienced Planners to support planning, scheduling, progress measurement and project controls for mining projects across home office and construction teams.

You will develop and maintain integrated schedules, coordinating with engineering, procurement and construction to drive project performance. A BE in engineering, 15–25 years in EPC, with 10–15 years in mining, and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• 15–25 years in Consulting/Engineering (EPC) with 10–15 years in mining projects.

Job Description

We are looking for experienced Planners (Home Office & Construction) to support the planning, scheduling, progress measurement, and project controls functions for mining projects.

• The successful candidate will work closely with engineering, procurement, construction, and project management teams to develop and maintain integrated project schedules across all project phases.

• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6

• Experience in Power BI and schedule analytics tools

• Exposure to large-scale mining, mineral processing, and beneficiation, projects are essential requisites.

Basic Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Total 15-25 years’ experience in Consulting/Engineering (EPC environment) with minimum 10-15 years’ experience in mining projects.
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
• Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines
• Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner

Other Job Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Possess practical experience in the use of the automated cost/schedule management systems
• Having leadership roles on various projects is preferred
• May need to travel internationally for project assignments and in support of business related matters
