Senior Consultant - Ophthalmology is responsible for providing advanced medical and surgical care for patients with eye and vision-related disorders. The includes comprehensive ophthalmic evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning, surgical procedures, management of complex cases, clinical supervision, patient counselling, and coordination with optometrists, technicians, anaesthesia teams, and other specialists to ensure safe and effective ophthalmic care.

• Evaluate and manage patients with a wide range of ophthalmic conditions.
• Perform comprehensive eye and vision examinations.
• Review ophthalmic investigations and diagnostic reports.
• Diagnose and manage complex eye disorders.
• Develop individualized medical and surgical treatment plans.

• Manage cataract, glaucoma, retinal, corneal, refractive, and other eye conditions as applicable.
• Evaluate and manage ophthalmic emergencies.
