Senior Consultant - Cardiology is responsible for providing advanced medical and procedural care for patients with complex cardiovascular conditions. The includes comprehensive cardiac evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning, management of cardiac emergencies, interventional or procedural care within professional scope, multidisciplinary coordination, patient counselling, clinical supervision, and continuous improvement of cardiovascular services.

• Evaluate and manage complex cardiovascular conditions.
• Obtain detailed cardiac history and perform comprehensive cardiovascular examinations.
• Review ECG, echocardiography, stress testing, cardiac imaging, laboratory, and other investigations.
• Diagnose and manage coronary artery disease, heart failure, arrhythmias, and related conditions.
• Develop individualized medical and procedural treatment plans.
• Perform or supervise cardiac procedures within professional scope and institutional privileges.
• Manage acute coronary syndromes and other cardiac emergencies.
• Monitor patient response to treatment and modify management plans as required.
