Job summary

Sattva in Mumbai seeks a delivery leader to drive successful CSR advisory projects, ensuring client impact and stakeholder satisfaction. You will own key client relationships, design delivery models, and guide teams to meet timelines and budgets.

You'll advise on CSR investments, coordinate with funders and agencies, and develop frameworks to assess program impact while ensuring regulatory compliance and measurable social outcomes.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or MBA with 6–8 years of experience in management or impact consulting/advisory roles.
• Proven project management skills with ability to execute projects within set timelines and budgets.
• Strong time- and quality-management capabilities, delivering high-quality work that exceeds client expectations.
• Ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Understanding of business principles and practices to drive organizational success.
• Solid grasp of financial principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
