Job summary

Winfo Solutions is seeking an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant in India to drive implementations, configurations, and ongoing support across Core HR, Absence Management, and HR Help Desk modules.

The role requires hands-on HDL/HSDL experience, strong HR process knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with regional teams for multi-country deployments and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• At least 6+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM with strong focus on Core HR and Absence along with HR Helpdesk.
• Hands-on experience with HDL/HSDL and approval configurations.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and regional compliance.
• Experience supporting multi-country / multi-BU implementations.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• HR Help Desk: Configure HR Help Desk categories, knowledge articles, workflows; set up security for HR users; support UI migration; monitor production issues and SLA breaches.
• Core HR: Implement and support Fusion Core HR configurations including Enterprise Structures, Legal Employers, Business Units, Organization Trees; manage worker lifecycle events; configure person types and HR documents; data migration using HDL, HSDL, and spreadsheets.
• Absence Management: Configure absence plans, accrual rules, eligibility profiles, proration, carryover, and country-specific requirements; troubleshoot accrual errors and year-end processes.
• Project Methodology/Customer Interaction: Conduct requirements sessions, prepare functional design docs, support UAT, production migration and post-go-live; coordinate with tech teams on integrations and reports.

Role Summary

The Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, support, and continuous enhancement of Core HR, Absence Management, and HR Help Desk modules. The role involves close collaboration with HR business stakeholders, regional teams, and technical counterparts to ensure compliant, scalable, and user-friendly HCM solutions.

  • Workforce Structures (Jobs, Grades, Positions, Locations)
  • Worker lifecycle events (Hire, Transfer, Promotion, Assignment Changes, Termination)
  • Configure person types, document types, HR documents of record, and approval hierarchies.
  • Support data migration using HDL, HSDL, and spreadsheets during implementation and rollouts.
  • Ensure data accuracy, security roles, and compliance with regional HR policies.
• Absence Management
  • Configure absence plans, accrual rules, eligibility profiles, proration, carryover, and forfeiture rules.
  • Support country-specific absence requirements (UAE, KSA, Egypt, Jordan, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot accrual errors, balance issues, and employee/manager self-service absence requests.
  • Manage year-end processes, accrual validations, and audit requirements.
• Project Methodology/Customer Interaction
  • Conduct requirement gathering sessions, CR analysis, and solution design workshops.
  • Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and UAT scenarios.
  • Support UAT, production migration, and post-go-live support.
