Innominds Software seeks an Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional expert to join its Hyderabad/Bangalore team. You will drive functional design, configuration, and testing across Core HR, Payroll, and Absence Management.

The role emphasizes strong BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI skills, with a balanced 80% functional and 20% technical focus, supporting implementation, enhancements, and production support in fusion HCM.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Oracle HCM experience.
• Strong hands-on in Oracle Fusion Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management.
• Mandatory: Expertise in BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI.
• 80% Functional / 20% Technical profile in Fusion HCM.
• Experience in implementation, enhancements, and production support.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as an HCM SME and collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion HCM functional activities across HR processes.
• Configure Core HR, Payroll, and Absence Management in Fusion.
• Leverage BI Publisher and OTBI for reporting needs.
• Support implementation, enhancement, and production support projects.

Role & responsibilities

Role : Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional

Exp : 6+ years

Location : Hyderabad/Bangalore

Notice : Immediate/ 15 Days

Work Model & Flexibility:

• Candidates must be open to working in shift schedules, including US hours.
• Hybrid work model with at least 2 to 3 days working from office.

Interview Process:

• 1st Round: Virtual
• 2nd Round: Face-to-Face (F2F)
• Note: At least one round must be attended in person (F2F)

Responsibilities:

6+ years of relevant Oracle HCM experience.
Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Core HR, Payroll, and Absence Management.
Mandatory: Strong experience in BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI.
Strong understanding of HCM business processes and functional configurations.
Good technical understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM, with an 80% Functional / 20% Technical profile.
Experience in implementation, enhancement, and production support projects.
