Job summary

Winfo Solutions in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with 6+ years of experience to lead implementation, configuration, and support of Core HR, Absence Management, and HR Help Desk modules. You will collaborate with HR stakeholders and regional teams to deliver scalable, compliant HCM solutions.

The role requires hands-on HDL/HSDL experience, strong HR process knowledge, and proven ability to manage multi-country deployments while ensuring high-quality

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM experience with strong focus on Core HR and Absence plus HR Helpdesk.
• Hands-on experience with HDL/HSDL and approval configurations.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and regional compliance.
• Experience supporting multi-country / multi-BU implementations.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• HR Help Desk: configure categories, knowledge articles, and automated workflows; set up security access; support UI migration; monitor production issues and SLA breaches.
• Core HR: implement and support Oracle Fusion Core HR configurations including Enterprise Structures, Legal Employers, Business Units, and Organization Trees; manage worker lifecycle events.
• Absence Management: configure absence plans, accrual rules, eligibility profiles; support country-specific absence requirements; troubleshoot accrual errors and balance issues.
• Project methodology & customer interaction: conduct requirement gathering sessions, prepare design documents, support UAT and post-go-live activities; coordinate with technical teams on integrations.

Role Summary

The Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, support, and continuous enhancement of Core HR, Absence Management, and HR Help Desk modules. The role involves close collaboration with HR business stakeholders, regional teams, and technical counterparts to ensure compliant, scalable, and user-friendly HCM solutions.
