AlifCloud IT Consulting Pvt. Ltd. in India seeks a hands‑on Multi‑Cloud Support / System Administrator to manage cloud workloads across AWS, Azure, and GCP, with strong Linux skills and automation focus. You will handle incidents, performance tuning, and customer‑centric cloud support.

The role emphasizes DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and secure design principles while enabling migrations to IaaS/PaaS to optimize costs and reliability.

Formación

• 1–4 years in cloud support, system administration, SRE, or DevOps.
• Hands‑on AWS, Azure, and GCP experience with Linux administration.
• Strong CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and Python scripting.
• Experience with monitoring tools and incident management.
• Familiarity with security practices, SIEM, vulnerability scanning, and endpoint security.

Responsabilidades

• Cloud Operations & Support for workloads on AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot, and drive incident resolution with RCA.
• Support high‑availability cloud workloads, automation, and tuning.
• Manage Linux servers, VMs, and hybrid on‑prem/cloud infra.
• Deploy, maintain, and optimize cloud‑native services (ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, Kubernetes).
• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines, automation scripts, and deployments.
• Assist migrations to IaaS/PaaS to reduce costs and improve performance.
• Monitor workloads with SolarWinds and cloud dashboards; respond to incidents.

Salary: Up to 10 LPA (Based on experience)

We are looking for a Multi‑Cloud Support / System Administrator with hands‑on experience across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, along with strong expertise in Linux, troubleshooting, automation, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud support operations.

The ideal candidate should have exposure to cloud infrastructure management, DevOps practices, and customer‑centric cloud support.

Key Responsibilities

• Cloud Operations & Support
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for workloads running on AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Manage customer support cases end‑to‑end, ensuring timely resolution, RCA creation, and proactive communication.
• Support high‑availability cloud workloads, automation solutions, and performance tuning.
• System Administration
• Manage and administer Linux‑based systems, servers, VMs, and on‑prem/cloud hybrid infrastructures.
• Deploy, maintain, and optimize backend services and cloud‑native systems (ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, Kubernetes, etc.)
• DevOps & Automation
• Work with CI/CD pipelines, GitLab, Git, Docker, containerization, and automation scripting (Python preferred).
• Develop and optimize deployment processes across multiple environments.
• Support migration of applications/websites to IaaS/PaaS to improve performance and reduce infrastructure costs.
• Monitor cloud workloads using tools like SolarWinds, CrowdStrike Falcon, and cloud‑native monitors.
• Handle incident response, troubleshooting, problem diagnosis, and escalation procedures.
• Cybersecurity & Compliance
• Assist with SIEM, IDS/IPS, vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security hardening.
• Support secure design practices and compliance requirements.
• Work with customers to understand workloads, conduct proactive monitoring, trend analysis, and performance checks.
• Drive engineering feedback and feature improvements for cloud products.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in cloud support, system administration, SRE, or DevOps engineering.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS, Azure, GCP cloud platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Linux administration, virtualization, networking fundamentals, and cloud‑native services.
• Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and Git.
• Experience with monitoring tools (SolarWinds, cloud monitoring dashboards) and incident management.
• Familiarity with Python or any scripting language for automation.
• Exposure to security practices, SIEM, vulnerability scanning, and endpoint security tools.
• Strong communication skills with customer‑facing support experience.

Good to Have (Preferred)

• Certifications: AWS Associate / Azure AZ‑900 / GCP, CompTIA Fundamentals, Cisco Endpoint Security, OCI.
• Knowledge of message queues (SQS/Kafka) and event‑driven architecture.
• Experience with microservices deployment in cloud environments.
