Position Overview

We are looking for a highly professional and proactive Senior Client Service Executive who can confidently manage international client communication, coordinate internal teams, and ensure smooth project execution.

You will work closely with leadership and execution teams while managing projects across development, branding, UI/UX, e-commerce, and digital services.

Key Responsibilities

International Client Communication

• Handle communication with clients across UAE, UK, USA, and India
• Conduct professional client meetings and follow-ups
• Understand client requirements and convert them into actionable tasks
• Maintain strong and long-term client relationships

Project Coordination

• Coordinate between design, development, branding, and marketing teams
• Ensure project timelines and deliverables are managed efficiently
• Monitor project progress and maintain workflow clarity
• Identify bottlenecks and proactively resolve issues

Client Experience Management

• Ensure professional communication standards across all interactions
• Provide regular project updates and reports
• Handle client feedback and revisions professionally

Business Support & Operations

• Assist in proposal preparation and presentations
• Support onboarding of new clients
