Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable personal loan solutions.
• Follow-ups and Closures: Manage regular follow-ups, address customer queries, and maximize lead-to-disbursement conversion rates.
• Target Achievement: Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and sales targets.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and conversion progress.
• Internal Coordination: Collaborate with processing and operations teams to facilitate documentation, approvals, and timely disbursements.
