Position Summary

We are looking for experienced Data Analysts with strong exposure to plant maintenance data and engineering documentation. The role involves managing and analyzing technical data, documents, and equipment information for smooth plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with engineering documents such as Drawings, P&IDs, SLDs, datasheets, and vendor documents.
• Manage and maintain equipment data and technical documentation.
• Handle equipment spares tracking and management.
• Work on CMMS / EAM / ERP systems for data management.
• Ensure document control procedures are followed across projects.
• Maintain accurate, updated, and accessible project data.
• Support documentation across engineering, construction, operations, and maintenance teams.
• Classify and organize equipment technical information effectively.

Required Skills

• Experience in plant maintenance (Petrochemical / Chemical / Oil & Gas) – Mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with engineering documents (P&IDs, SLDs, etc.).
• Experience with CMMS / EAM / ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Good understanding of equipment data and classification.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
