Job summary

AWL Agri Business Ltd. seeks a Mechanical Maintenance professional in Mundra to maintain reactors, distillation columns, heat exchangers, pumps, and pipelines. You will handle high-pressure hydrogen systems and critical rotating equipment, implementing preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.

You will also manage SAP PM/MM tasks, document equipment histories, and drive safety compliance, including PTW and HAZOP involvement, with a target of zero lost-time injuries.

• Senior Engineer: 710 years

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of reactors, distillation columns, heat exchangers, pumps, compressors, agitators, pipelines, valves, and storage tanks.
• Handling high-pressure hydrogen systems and critical rotating equipment.
• Implement preventive & predictive maintenance schedules.
• Troubleshoot mechanical failures and reduce downtime.
• Monitor vibration, alignment, and lubrication systems.
• Create and close maintenance work orders in SAP (PM Module).
• Maintain equipment history records.
• Track spare parts inventory in SAP (MM Module).
• Prepare breakdown analysis reports and MIS.
• Ensure safe maintenance practices and PTW compliance.
• Follow statutory compliance for pressure vessels and lifting equipment.
• Participate in HAZOP and safety audits.
• Ensure zero LTI (Lost Time Injury) in maintenance activities.
