Dodke Landmarks is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer / Site Engineer to independently manage residential and commercial project sites in Bavdhan, Pune. You will oversee site execution, plan and monitor civil works per drawings, and coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.

Diploma/degree in Civil Engineering is required; 8–10 years of relevant site experience in residential and/or commercial construction. Aluminium Formwork expertise is a plus.

The candidate should have strong hands‑on experience in site execution, Aluminium Formwork (Alu Formwork), finishing works, and coordination with various project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage and supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
• Plan, monitor, and execute civil works as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Supervise manpower, subcontractors, and site activities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure construction work is carried out as per required quality standards and approved specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and other project teams.
• Check drawings, measurements, levels, and dimensions before and during execution.
• Monitor material requirements, consumption, and availability at site.
• Identify and resolve day-to-day site-related issues to avoid delays.

Candidate Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute.
• 8- 10 years of relevant experience in residential and/or commercial construction projects.
