Job summary

Mphasis is seeking an experienced Voice Networking / Unified Communications Engineer to deliver L2/L3 support for our enterprise voice and collaboration infrastructure. The role emphasizes hands-on work with Cisco CUCM, Cisco Unity Connection, Ribbon PSX, and Ribbon SBC/PSX, along with SIP-based voice knowledge.

The ideal candidate will handle voice infrastructure administration, production support, troubleshooting, and incident resolution, ensuring high availability of the telephony environment

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco CUCM, Cisco Unity Connection, Ribbon PSX and Ribbon SBC/PSX.
• Experience in voice infrastructure administration, production support, troubleshooting and incident management.

About the role:

The candidate should have strong hands‑on experience in Cisco CUCM, Cisco Unity Connection, Ribbon SBC and Ribbon PSX, along with good knowledge of SIP-based voice communication.

The role will focus on voice infrastructure administration, production support, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and maintaining high availability of the enterprise telephony environment.

Preferred candidates should have hands‑on experience with:

• Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)
• Cisco Unity Connection
• Ribbon PSX
• Voice infrastructure operations, troubleshooting, and incident management
